This a question a lot of people have. They wonder how we are able to provide a check for their house so quickly. The reason we are able to do so is because we have the funds in place to provide a check to completely buy the property from the original seller for investment purposes. First, we find properties within our buying criteria. Then, we use the time, funds, and team members we have to repair the house to resell to someone else or keep as a rental. It's a win for both sides of the spectrum. 

Good question. I am not here to provide a low ball offer in hopes of getting someone to take it. We look at many different components. We take a look at what properties alike to yours that have been sold recently and for what price. We then take a look at the repairs needed and the condition of the property to assess what we need to do to the property in order to sell it for more. After we have done all of those things, we will provide the highest we can give you based on those aspects. I can't give you market value, but I can offer convenience and highest I can go. 

Real estate agents do things much differently than we do. Agents obtain a seller who would like to sell their house and work to market that property to buyers using services such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin in order to receive a commission. However, in order to sell that property, the seller must have a turn key house that has no defects and must be in perfect condition. Along with that, it could take even months to sell your house if the house is not perfect and turn key. On top of that, you have realtor fees and closing costs to deal with after the sale has been done.
